21st Century Survival

My generation are the "Baby Boomers". We had life pretty damn good, however our parents struggled so we could enjoy such a liberated lifestyle. That previous generation - the war years gen - were (and still are) amazingly frugal people.The generations which have followed the 'Boomers', have had things a little too easy. Since the GFC (Global Financial Crisis - in case you were under a rock somewhere :) ), people have found that they had to find ways to save money. A new era of frugality has begun. And that's what this blog is all about.

Over the coming weeks, I would like input from people all over the world, ways to save money; on food, petrol, etc. etc. There must be a million ideas out there - so let's work together. After all, this information is free - and that's got to be a good start to save money!
